Can I send photos of my tree for an estimate?
Yes. Photos can help us understand many projects before we arrive. Send a picture of the entire tree, the trunk, anything around or underneath it, and access into the property. Larger or more complicated jobs may still require an onsite estimate.
Do you provide emergency tree service after hours?
Yes. During severe wind, storms, and urgent tree failures, we accept emergency tree-service calls outside normal business hours. Response time depends on weather, safety conditions, location, crew availability, and the equipment required.
