3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, check, Zelle, and card payments. Late payments may be subject to fees.

4. Property & Liability

Tree work involves inherent risks. While we take precautions, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Underground utilities not disclosed
• Minor lawn or landscape disturbances

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

Scheduling windows may vary due to weather or job conditions. Cancellations should be made in advance.
